I recently purchased a home with Talyssa as my realtor. I was looking for a small home in a limited area and thinking in terms of the property doubling as a rental in the future as I may change my living arrangements as I get to retirement. We found several houses and landed on one with some very unique attributes which she help weigh on the pros and cons. She has a keen eye in finding diamonds in the rough or helping to eliminate homes with challenging layouts so you don't get sidetracked into the wrong deal. She listened to what I was needing in my new home and met all requirements with every listing we saw. She was great at juggling the schedule of getting to several viewings in a short period of time and when it came to presenting offers, she had my best interests in mind. She was fearless and had creative ideas in what to ask, was great at giving her opinion when asked. The home I bought had a large tree pre-cariously leaning over the 2-car garage, she was able to get that removed and even coordinated a tree service to do the work so we would meet our closing date. Additionally, we had a very tight timeline and the mortgage company was being a stickler on a shared driveway issue. Delays occured that put the deal in jeopardy, but Talyssa and her great connections in mortgage saved the day! We found a solution that was able to remedy the challenges and met our rapidly approaching closing date with flying colors. Other realtors will just post your home on MLS or feed you an MLS feed to look for yourself and then wait for you to do ALL the work. Not Talyssa! She is right there with you helping to guide you and watching for those listings that aren't even on MLS yet. She knows how to get the scoop and stay informed on neighborhood changes and all the things you might not be thinking of when you're looking. She has the hustle you need to make it happen for you!
